Education is an important part of what we provide for our members. Our continuing education courses are the only classes in the 18-county Charlotte region that are specifically focused to the commercial practitioner. We offer classroom and online courses. See below and our calendar of events to view the current list of available education courses.
All classes are CE approved. Click on the course title below to view the complete class description and to register. All classes will be held at the Goodwill Opportunity Campus, 5301 Wilkinson Blvd., Charlotte NC 28208. Classes in gray are a part of CE Day.
NOTE: If you are BIC or BIC eligible (status per the NCREC), you must now take the Broker-in-Charge Update (BICUP). If you are not a Broker-in-Charge or Broker-in-Charge eligible, you take the General Update (GenUp), formerly know as the Mandatory Update. If you take the “wrong” update it can mean the loss of BIC or BIC eligible status, or it can mean you get no CE credit. Do not take both updates.
