2006 Leadership Program Call for Nominations
Submission Deadline is November 15, 2005
Leadership development
within the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of REALTORS® is essential. To help
members become successful and build relationships within the industry, the CRCBR
Leadership Program was created. Through this program, class members will have an
opportunity to become more involved in CRCBR as well as become more familiar
with the profession and the leaders in it. The association will provide the
leadership program class participants with many educational opportunities
including completing the Commercial Certificate Program (CCP), and the
opportunity to meet successful veterans in the commercial real estate industry.
Criteria
To successfully
graduate from the program, participants must satisfy the following established
criteria:
| - | Completion of the Commercial Certificate Program (CCP), provided the participant has not already completed the program. |
| - | Contribute to the success of CRCBR’s programs by being involved in various aspects of the planning process for approximately eight programs. |
| - | Attend monthly “brown bag” lunch meetings with class participants and quarterly planning “class reunions” with graduated class members. |
| - | After graduation, continue to play a leading role in the program by providing meeting ideas and additional resources to future classes. |
| - | Additional responsibilities may be added based on the interests of the members in the Leadership Class. |
By successfully completing this
curriculum, participants will be recognized at the
CRCBR Annual Meeting held in December.
Application Procedure
All
interested CRCBR members are encouraged to apply. Participants must be nominated
by their respective CRCBR member company. Five members will be selected by a
CRBR committee. The class will be made up of CRCBR REALTOR® Members who have
been active in the commercial real estate business for at least two years but
not more than five years.
Enrollment Fee
Upon
acceptance into the program, participants or their firms will be required to pay
an enrollment fee. This fee will cover the cost of the participant’s involvement
in the Leadership Program which includes the CCP program, monthly lunches,
specific CRCBR programs, and year end recognition.
$1,000 (for participants to be enrolled in
the full CCP program)
$350 (for participants who have already
completed the CCP program)*
*If an individual needs a
limited number of CCP classes to receive their certificate, individual class
costs of $100 per class will be added to their enrollment fee.
