CRCBR and Charlotte Business Journal Launch Bizspace.com
CRCBR has joined with the Charlotte Business Journal to launch a new Web site dedicated to commercial real estate in the Charlotte region.  The site allows business decision-makers around the country to view listings, purchase research materials and seek professional guidance from a directory of local commercial real estate brokers and service providers.
 

Q:	How does a real estate broker maximize the benefits of bizspace?
A:	Real estate brokers should make sure they are subscribers of the Charlotte Region Commercial Property Exchange (CRCPE) and that they have posted 100% of their listings in as complete a format as possible. Enhancing the listing content on bizspace is an effective way to bring your listing to the forefront of property search results.
Q:	How do I post my exclusive listings to bizspace?
A:	Bizspace has joined efforts with CRCPE to provide the business community with timely and accurate commercial real estate listings. Any posting, editing or removal of listings is managed by the subscribers of the CRCPE at www.charlotteCPE.com.
Q:	How do I manage My Listings on bizspace?
A:	Subscribers of CRCPE may manage their exclusive bizspace listing(s) by accessing the "My Listing" tab/button in the upper right hand corner of bizspace. You will be prompted to type your last name into a data field and bizspace will then display your exclusive listings. If the list is incorrect or incomplete, please contact KARNES at support@karnesco.com.

Access Other States
In an effort to improve your business and to get you more deals, you can now easily access other markets served by the Commercial Search system. Simply select from the list of States in the drop down menu to immediately access the Public listings. Just look for the Access Other States box on your Welcome page.
