education in the state of North Carolina. From a specially designed
Commercial Mandatory Update to a wide array of Commercial Electives,
it's the preferred choice of education for those practicing in the
commercial industry. CRCBR even offers On-line Continuing
Education and all our courses and instructors are
approved by the NC Real Estate Commission. Look for information

This update has been specially modified for the commercial agent. This
years update will focus on changes to the commercial contract. Topics will
include the new Limited Commercial License, commercial case law,
commercial issues, Real Estate safety and rule changes. Students MUST
bring a calculator to class.

CRCBR On-line Continuing Education
Online courses have started again for the 2005-2006 licensing year!
You can take one of
these two
Commercial Electives on-line for CE elective credit. Both courses
are approved by the NC Real Estate Commission as 4 hour Electives.
The online courses cost $65 and
are available 24 hours a day. They are accessible from any computer
with Internet access. Please note: Mandatory Updates are not
available as online courses.
You can exit the
course at any point and when you return to the site, you can enter the
course where you left off. Once you
complete the course, the RE Campus will send a confirmation to CRCBR and
we will file your CE with the NC Real Estate Commission.

Commercial Real
Estate: Listing Properties Online Course

This course introduces
concepts critical to successfully listing properties. As students learn
new concepts and key formulas, they are given an opportunity to apply
them through the problems presented in the case studies.
As part of our line of continuing education products, this course
combines lessons that students can review at their own pace, up to five
different types of interactive exercises, visually stimulating
instructional graphics, and exams that measure student understanding of
the material.
Understanding Investments Online Course

This course introduces
concepts critical to successfully working with investment properties and
clients. As students learn new concepts and key formulas, they are given
an opportunity to apply them through the problems presented in the case
studies. As part of our line of
continuing education products, this course combines lessons that
students can review at their own pace, up to five different types of

exams that measure student understanding of the material.

Ethics will be due again in December 31, 2008!
Start planning now to make sure you meet the Ethics requirements for 2008.
You can take the class online (instructions below) or as a CE Elective course.
Though it seems early, please make sure you meet the NAR Ethics requirements for
2008.
Online Ethics Training
There are two online ethics training courses available on
www.REALTOR.org. Each
course meets the specific criteria and learning objectives required for either
new REALTORS® or existing REALTORS® as established in the Statements of
Professional Standards Policy #47 - New Member Orientation Program, and #48 -
Quadrennial REALTOR® Ethics Training found in the NAR
Code of Ethics and Arbitration Manual.
