Cornerstone Property Advisors, LLC – Todd Miller
Pinnacle Properties leased 1,105 sq. ft. of office space at Pinnacle Point.  Todd Miller of Cornerstone Property Advisors, LLC, represented the tenant and Darrell Palasciano of Pinnacle Properties represented the landlord. 

First Colony Corporation - Bill Transou
First Colony Corporation and First Colony Capital, LLC announce the completion of the purchase and leaseback of the Automated Trading Desk, LLC Corporate Headquarters facility in Mount Pleasant, SC. The 64,036 square foot facility, constructed in 2002, is situated on a 17.75 acre campus for ATD. The transaction consisted of the sale and twenty year leaseback by the Seller, into an investment entity of First Colony that was completed on September 30th. Bill Transou of First Colony represented the Buyer, and David Kirby of First Commercial Partners represented the Seller, Automated Trading Desk, LLC.

Sperry Van Ness- Troy Legge, CCIM
Berkshire-Hudson Durham LLC sold a 10,908 sq. ft. Eckerd drug store located in Durham, North Carolina to an institutional buyer based in New York.  Troy Legge of Sperry Van Ness / Lighthouse Commercial Realty represented the seller.  The absolute net leased property with 21 years remaining on the initial term sold at a 6.93% cap rate for $4,389,683.
