 CCP CoreConcepts Level 100 Series Classes

The Commercial Certificate Program, CoreConcepts Level 100 Series, will be offered January 25 thru February 15, 2007.  The Commercial Certificate Program (CCP) is designed to bring together a faculty of industry leaders to teach the fundamentals of commercial real estate.  The CoreConcepts Level 100 Series builds upon this premise, exploring key concepts of commercial real estate.

Fundamentals of Commercial Real Estate

Financing Commercial Real Estate

Mandatory Update - Course #9906
This update will focus on legislative changes, revised commission rules, Rule A.0105–Advertising, subdivision requirements, marketing unplatted property, survey benefits and concentrating on commercial real estate examples.

 Broker-in-Charge Courses

Broker-in-Charge (BIC) Mandatory Elective – Course #2009
The NC Real Estate Commission now requires all brokers-in-charge to complete a mandatory, four hour elective course to satisfy their elective credits each yea
r. 
The Broker-In-Charge Annual Review (BICAR) course is a mandatory elective for all brokers-in-charge who were designated as a broker-in-charge prior to July 1, 2006, and who wish to remain a broker-in-charge as of July 1, 2007 for the 2007-2008 license period.

  Ethics

Ethics will be due again on December 31, 2008!
Start planning now to make sure you meet the Ethics requirements for 2008.  You can take the class online (instructions below) or as a CE Elective course.  Though it seems early, please make sure you meet the NAR Ethics requirements for 2008.

Online Ethics Training

There are two online ethics training courses available on www.REALTOR.org.  Each course meets the specific criteria and learning objectives required for either new REALTORS® or existing REALTORS® as established in the Statements of Professional Standards Policy #47 - New Member Orientation Program, and #48 - Quadrennial REALTOR® Ethics Training found in the NAR
Code of Ethics and Arbitration Manual.
