2007 Dues Have Been Sent!
Thank you for your continued support of the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of REALTORS®. With over 1000 members, here are a few of the benefits your membership to CRCBR returns to you:

●	Discounted registration fees for our commercial continuing education classes, member events, and networking programs. Members may easily register for events online at www.crcbr.org.
●	Networking and information exchange through our events, classes, committees, and recurring member communications via email.

Our CRCBR home page at www.crcbr.org contains a wealth of information about these and other benefits and activities. You can also pay your dues online by clicking Member Login, and choosing the “Pay Dues” option.

Your company’s membership invoice has been sent. To continue receiving the many benefits of membership in CRCBR, the North Carolina Association of REALTORS®, and the National Association of REALTORS®, please review and return your payment as soon as possible. Please note that if your brokers are interested in participating in the Deal Makers Awards, they must renew their membership by January 12, 2007. Also, a $25 per person reinstatement fee will be assessed for dues paid after January 23, 2007.

Sperry Van Ness / Lighthouse Commercial Realty - Robert Podewils
Robert Podewils of Sperry Van Ness / Lighthouse Commercial Realty represented a North Carolina - based investor in the purchase of Natalie Commons Shopping Center in Denver, NC. The 20,000 SF center was constructed in 2001 and sold for $1,735,000 ($87 PSF). The property is currently 50% occupied and the new owner plans for minor renovations and an aggressive marketing campaign.

Below is the basic format of how your transactions will be listed. Make sure to give us your name, company and all of the information pertaining to the transaction:

XYZ Company leased 5000 sq. ft. of flex space at 123 Plaza Center. Jane Doe of Commercial RE Company represented the tenant and John Smith of John Smith Real Estate represented the landlord.
