Mandatory Broker-In-Charge Education
The NC Real Estate Commission now requires all brokers-in-charge to
complete a mandatory, four hour elective course to satisfy their elective
credits each year. This class is being offered through CRCBR on
November 9th.

Feedback on Proposed Floodplain Ordinance
Changes
Dave Canaan made a presentation at the last REBIC Board of Governor's
meeting regarding proposed floodplain ordinance changes. To view these

Mt. Holly Economic Development
Conference
The Mt. Holly Economic Development
Conference will be held on Wednesday, October 25th at 7:30am. The
conference will be held at the City Cafe, 128 S. Main Street. The cost

2006 National Election Primaries Conclude
The REALTORS® Political Action Committee
closed its 2006 national election primary season last week, funding direct
mail campaigns and other educational efforts for 22 primary candidates under
its Opportunity Race program. RPAC's attention now turns to the general
