Mandatory Broker-In-Charge Education

The NC Real Estate Commission now requires all brokers-in-charge to complete a mandatory, four hour elective course to satisfy their elective credits each year.  This class is being offered through CRCBR on November 9th.

Feedback on Proposed Floodplain Ordinance Changes
Dave Canaan made a presentation at the last REBIC Board of Governor's meeting regarding proposed floodplain ordinance changes.  To view these proposed changes

Mt. Holly Economic Development Conference

2006 National Election Primaries Conclude
