Tom McMahon Honored at the 1st Annual March of Dimes Commercial Real Estate Breakfast
Tom McMahon, Senior Advisor for Sperry Van Ness/ McMahon & Associates, will be honored at the 1st Annual March of Dimes Commercial Real Estate Breakfast. 
The March of Dimes is pleased to announce its inaugural Lake Norman Commercial Real Estate Breakfast in honor of those outstanding individuals and companies whose real estate activities have significantly enhanced the Lake Norman community.  This event will be held on Wednesday, November 8th at River Run Golf Club.

CB Richard Ellis’ Charlotte office, representing Lincoln Harris, negotiated the sale of The Rotunda Building to RREEF America LLC out of Chicago, Illinois.  The Rotunda Building, located at 4201 Congress Street in the SouthPark submarket, is an attractive Class “A” office property containing 228,672 square feet on four floors.  Senior Vice President, Ryan Clutter, from CB Richard Ellis, represented Lincoln Harris in sale negotiations.

CB Richard Ellis is pleased to have represented California State Teachers Retirement System (CalSTRS), the owners of Charlotte Plaza, in a lease transaction with Adams Evans P.A.  They will occupy 8,523 square feet on the 23rd floor.  Located in the heart of downtown Charlotte, Charlotte Plaza contains a total of 612,728 square feet of office space with two levels of retail, connected to the Overstreet walkway system.  Anne Vulcano and Jessica Brown of CB Richard Ellis represented Charlotte Plaza in this transaction


Merrifield Partners - Michael Bilodeau
Career School 101 leased 1,135 square feet inside The Pinckney Building at 521 Corporate Center, a Crosland project developed by Merrifield Partners.  Career School 101 specializes in training candidates employed as local mortgage brokers and wholesale lenders.  Michael Bilodeau of Merrifield Partners represented the Landlord in this transaction.

Sperry Van Ness / Lighthouse Commercial Realty - Troy Legge
Sperry Van Ness has completed the sale of a newly constructed 13,813 square foot Eckerd drug store to a private, international investor for $4,278,500.  The single-tenant, absolute net leased building is located at 402 South Main Street in Rolesville, North Carolina.  Troy A. Legge, CCIM, of Sperry Van Ness / Lighthouse Commercial Realty in Charlotte represented the undisclosed seller.
