The Broker-In-Charge
Annual Review Course is a mandatory elective for all brokers-in-charge who
were designated as a broker-in-charge prior to July 1, 2006, and who wish
to remain a broker-in-charge as of July 1, 2007 for the 2007-2008 license
period. Topics include: Broker-in-charge requirements, administrative
responsibility of a broker-in-charge, and office polices and procedures. THIS
CLASS IS FOR BROKERS-IN-CHARGE ONLY!

Ethics for the Commercial Agent REALTOR®

This course discusses professional ethical issues, ethical
decision making, and professional conduct utilizing a
lecture/case-discussion format. This course satisfies NAR’s 2.5 hours
ethics requirements, and the four hour NCREC elective requirement.

This course will explore how to determine site development potential
according to physical and legal constraints. Students will learn how to
assess sites for their highest and best use. Listing and marketing land will
also be discussed.

Start planning now to make sure you meet the Ethics requirements for 2008.
You can take the class online (instructions below) or as a CE Elective course.
Though it seems early, please make sure you meet the NAR Ethics requirements for
2008.
Online Ethics Training
There are two online ethics training courses available on
www.REALTOR.org. Each
course meets the specific criteria and learning objectives required for either
new REALTORS® or existing REALTORS® as established in the Statements of
Professional Standards Policy #47 - New Member Orientation Program, and #48 -
Quadrennial REALTOR® Ethics Training found in the NAR
Code of Ethics and Arbitration Manual.
