Brokerage Firm Launched
Three long-time commercial real
estate brokers announce the launch of a new brokerage and development
firm, Southern Commercial Real Estate, LLC. Hershel Fogleman and
Chuck Lickert, formerly of RE/MAX Metro Realty Commercial Division, and
John Smethurst, formerly of the Allen Tate Company, are partners in the
firm, which is located at Providence Road and I-485.

Phil Davis with Sperry Van Ness/Lighthouse Commercial Realty closed a
56-acre site in southern Greenville County, SC at Blakely Avenue and
Carr Road for $1,278,869.00 on 2/15/07. The seller was Lexington
Investment Group and the buyer was Mag Land Development of Charlotte,
NC.

Leah B. Bailey, SIOR
ARCADIS has signed a five-year lease for 19,835 square feet on the 11th
floor of the First Citizens Bank Plaza. Leah B. Bailey, SIOR, of
Trinity Partners, represented the landlord in this transaction.
