Senior Asset Manager
National commercial mortgage/equity investment organization seeks proven
professional to direct third-party managers for a diverse commercial real
estate portfolio located throughout the U.S. BS degree required; CCIM or
CPM designation/candidacy preferred. At least 5-7 experience in either
portfolio management, asset management, property management, mortgage
lending, or portfolio acquisition/brokerage with investment organization or
financial institution with national exposure, is required. Will facilitate
the marketing and leasing strategies for an assigned portfolio of properties
and must possess excellent communication, negotiating, and financial
analysis skills. A highly-competitive salary, performance bonus, benefits
