Charlotte Commercial Properties represented BNE Investments LLC in the lease of 1750 square feet of office space at The BlackLion Building, 10460 Park Road, to MPS Weight Loss Systems.   Chris Orr of Charlotte Commercial Properties represented the Landlord and Bryan Crutcher of CB Richard Ellis represented the tenant.

Crosland – Michael Bilodeau
Richard Tocado Companies, a mortgage company, has opened a South Carolina office inside The Rutledge Building at Crosland’s 521 Corporate Center.  521 Corporate Center is a 108-acre business park located on Highway 521 along the SC / NC state line.  Michael Bilodeau represented Crosland in this transaction.

Grubb & Ellis|Bissell Patrick assisted Fanfare Media Works in identifying and relocating its
Charlotte operations from Seventy Seven Center Drive to One Pinebrook Plaza. The firm will occupy 1,961 square feet at 9901 Southern Pines Boulevard.  Steve Garrett, SIOR of Grubb & Ellis|Bissell Patrick represented Fanfare Media Works locally. Stan Sanoff of Fanfare Realty, Valencia, California, also represented the Tenant. Bob Zupp of Highwoods Properties represented the Landlord, Highwoods Realty Limited Partnership. 

McGuire Properties, Inc./TCN Worldwide – John R. Shell
Queen City TV & Appliance has recently purchased 1.25 acres at 300 S. Polk Street in Pineville.  Queen City will construct its 12th Charlotte area store on this site, with a planned completion date of late 2003.  Queen City, the largest independent seller of audio/video equipment and appliances in the Carolinas since 1952, is known for offering a wide selection of brand name products at guaranteed low prices.  John R. Shell, President of McGuire Properties, Inc./TCN Worldwide represented the sellers in this transaction.   Don Wyks of Southeast Commercial represented
Queen City.     

McGuire Properties, Inc./TCN Worldwide – Walter Scholtz
Pierce Construction, Inc., has leased a 21,400 square foot office/warehouse space at 9801 South Tryon Street.   Pierce Construction is a builder of components (such as stairs and trusses) for new houses.  Walter Scholtz of the Industrial Division of McGuire Properties, Inc./TCN Worldwide represented the landlord, Robert J. Clein, in this transaction.   

NAI Southern Real Estate – Roger Cobb & Ben Trotter
NAI Southern Real Estate is pleased to announce the successful sale of the 7,442 square foot building located at 309 South Laurel Avenue for $1,212,500.  The building was formerly occupied by Child and Family Development and was purchased by David McNeish and Tim Breedlove who formed McB Investments, LLC.  They have two companies that will occupy approximately 6,000 square feet in the building: Miller McNeish & Breedlove P.A., Certified Public Accountants and Miller McNeish Breedlove & Hearn LLC, Certified Financial Planners.  Approximately 1,442 square feet is available for lease.  Roger Cobb & Ben Trotter with NAI Southern Real Estate represented the seller, Laurel Associates, LLC and James Cole and Ray Farris,III with Tuscan Development represented the buyers. 

NAI Southern Real Estate – Martin Welton & Jim Floyd
MetroCall, Inc. has leased 7,198 SF at 4651 Charlotte Park Drive, Suite 450, Charlotte, NC.  Martin Welton and John Dunn of NAI Southern Real Estate represented the landlord, Parkway Properties, LP and Jeff Harper of The Staubach Company represented the tenant, MetroCall.  Martin Welton, NAI Southern Real Estate represented Morrison Plantation, LLC in selling 1.87 acres at Morrison Plantation, Mooresville, NC to Fidelity Bank who was represented by Jim Floyd of NAI Southern Real Estate.

BBM III Holdings, LLC, known locally as a RGA Enterprises, a manufacturer and distributor of household cleaning products, purchased a 60,000 square foot warehouse located at
4001 Morris Field Drive from a FDC Holdings Inc. Mike Kirby and Doug Wynne of SouthEast Commercial Real Estate Group, Inc. represented the Buyer and Seller in this transaction. Records show a sales price of $1,250,000.
