2002
NCAR president Bill Bass created a Task Force on Mold to examine the risks
that the presence of mold in properties may pose for real estate licensees,
and to make recommendations to reduce or manage those risks. Among other
things, the Task Force has identified a need to make good sources of
information on mold readily available to NCAR members. This special report
is designed to do just that by pulling together several helpful resources.
