Johnny Rankin Joins Lincoln Harris

Lincoln Harris is pleased to announce Johnny Rankin has taken a position as Assistant Vice President in the leasing division. His primary responsibility will be working with Senior Vice President Adam Colvin as leasing representative for Lincoln Harris’ Bank of America portfolio. |
Rankin’s previous experience includes working for Trammell Crow Company as an office broker. Prior to that he was a loan officer for financial services institutions in both Charlotte and Atlanta.
Rankin received a Masters degree in Real Estate Development from Columbia University, as well as an undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of Georgia.
Lincoln Harris’ Bank of America portfolio includes many of uptown Charlotte’s premier buildings such as Bank of America Corporate Center, Hearst Tower and IJL Financial Center. Lincoln Harris has managed and leased approximately three million square feet of Bank of America-owned buildings in Charlotte since 1992, and was awarded leasing and management responsibilities fro another two million square feet in December 2002.
