- REBIC – the Real Estate and Building Industry Coalition is an organization of trade associations formed to take collaborative action on issues of concern to their broad membership engaged in the sales, building, development, finance, management and leasing of real estate. The primary members of REBIC are the Charlotte Regional Realtor® Association and Home Builders Association of Charlotte. The organization also includes the Greater Charlotte Apartment Association, the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors®, and NAIOP Charlotte, as well as a number of leading area development firms.
- NAR advocates on behalf of REALTORS® to foster a sound and dynamic U.S. real estate market that creates vibrant communities in which to live and work. Much of the work done relates to commercial real estate.
