crcbrOur 1000 members include commercial real estate professionals, industry affiliates and corporate associates, who are service and product suppliers to the industry, spanning an 18-county region in North and South Carolina. Members belong because of their commitment to high professional standards in the commercial real estate community and for the many benefits bestowed upon CRCBR members.

Categories of Membership

REALTOR® Members
Individuals who are actively engaged in real estate profession. Each firm must name one principal or managing member as its Designated REALTOR Member, with one other individual in the firm being classified as REALTOR Member. Because of the Professional Standards and Code of Ethics requirements of membership, each licensee at a firm must be a member or will be designated as a non-member, paying state and national dues.

Corporate Associate Members
Business entities involved in the commercial real estate industry who do not hold real estate licenses, however, may provide products or services of interest to industry professionals. Each member firm may designate one member representative to CRCBR.

Public Service Members
Public Service members are individuals who are interested in the real estate profession as employees of or affiliated with educational, public utility, governmental or other similar organizations but are not engaged in the real estate profession on their own account or in association with an established real estate business.

RE-Source Network
RE-Source is a group of real estate office managers or marketing gurus that meet four to five times a year to discuss technology, social media, upcoming rule changes, Deal Makers, as well as exchange ideas to more effectively manage your real estate practice.

Institute Affiliate Members
These individuals hold or are qualified candidates for a professional designation awarded by a qualified Institute, Society or Council affiliated with NAR, such as IREM, CCIM, and SIOR. Members receive similar benefits as the REALTOR members, with several restrictions.

Region Served

  • North Carolina Counties: Alexander, Anson, Burke, Cabarrus, Caldwell, Catawba, Cleveland, Gaston, Iredell, Lincoln, Mecklenburg, Richmond, Rowan, Stanly, and Union.
  • South Carolina Counties: Chester, Lancaster, and York.
