You can access the blog at anytime by going to
http://blog.crcbr.org. If
you would like to receive regular blog updates, here's how to
subscribe:-
By Email - Go to the blog at
http://blog.crcbr.org and click on the "Subscribe by Email" link
at the top of the left-hand column (above the list of sponsors).
This will open a window that will allow you to type your email
address. Once you have subscribed, you will receive an email
notifying you when a new post has been made (regardless of how many
posts are made during one day, you will only receive one email).

Subscribe in a Reader - If you have an RSS (Rich Site Summary)
feed reader account -
Google
Reader, My Yahoo,
NewsGator, and FeedReader
to name a few - you can add the CRCBR blog
to your feed subscriptions. To do so, click on the "Subscribe
