Hackney Rainey Commercial (HRC) is looking for 3 experienced income producing real estate brokers with documented transactional experience in the multi-family and retail property brokerage arenas.
We are recruiting for an experienced broker to join our Charlotte team, plus one broker to build a team in Salisbury/Statesville and one broker to build a team in the Greensboro/Winston-Salem market.
Ultimately, if you have the skills and work ethic, you will be able to build and manage the office in either Salisbury/Statesville or Greensboro/Winston-Salem for Hackney Rainey Commercial.
Requirements:
- NC Brokers (No PB's) license with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
- $5,000,000 in documented transactions.
- Candidate will have a thorough understanding of the brokerage process from understanding client requirements for investment, the skill to hunt/analyze/negotiate deals, excellent presentation development, manage/oversee due diligence, problem solving patience and strong communication skills, disciplined and self-motivated.
Salary & Benefits:
This is a full-time commission opportunity paying a much higher commission structure where our brokers are keeping 80% of their commission from Day One.
We have a significant number of investor clients who are looking for opportunities right now. The right individuals will have their own clients but HRC will provide you access to our (Bonafide) clients who are actively looking for income properties allowing you to put a deal together faster than you would typically experience with other brokerages.
We provide a full suite of software tools for data analysis and deal proposals, plus the sophisticated, user-friendly analytical software - CoStar, and a very nice office environment with all of the necessary tools for success.
