Realtor Member PhotoREALTOR® Members are defined as individuals who are actively engaged in real estate. Each firm must name one principal, or managing member, as its Designated REALTOR® Member, with one other individual in the firm being classified as REALTOR® Member. Because of the Professional Standards and Code of Ethics requirements of membership, each licensee at a firm must be a member, or will be designated as a non-member, paying state and national dues.
