Our 1,000 members include commercial real estate professionals, industry affiliates, and industry partners, who are service and product suppliers to the industry, spanning an 18-county region in North and South Carolina. Members belong because of their commitment to high professional standards in the commercial real estate community and for the many benefits bestowed upon CRCBR members.
Two types of memberships are available for individuals who are actively engaged in the real estate profession. Each firm must choose a category of membership and one principal or managing member. Each practicing licensee at a firm must be a member or will be designated as a non-member dues.

2024 Annual Dues - $375
Upon joining and every three years, REALTOR® members are required to take a 2.5-hour REALTOR® Code of Ethics course. This may be taken in a classroom setting or online.
NAR Ethics Requirement Deadline
REALTORS® are required to complete ethics training of not less than 2.5 hours of instructional time within three-year cycles. The training must meet specific learning objectives and criteria established by the National Association of REALTORS®.
The next Ethics deadline for this cycle is December 31, 2024.

Industry Partner members provide products or services of interest to industry professionals. 2024 Dues - $385 (initiation fee may apply)
Public Service members are individuals who are interested in the real estate profession as employees of or affiliated with educational, public utility, governmental or other similar organizations but are not engaged in the real estate profession on their own account or in association with an established real estate business. Economic development and land use professionals are eligible.
2024 Dues - $250 (initiation fee may apply)
RE:Source is a group of real estate office managers, broker coordinators and marketing professionals work directly with the REALTOR® and Broker Members but are not practitioners. CRCBR provides the tools and information to effectively engage with CRCBR and the industry.
