Our 1,000 members include commercial real estate professionals, industry affiliates, and industry partners, who are service and product suppliers to the industry, spanning an 18-county region in North and South Carolina. Members belong because of their commitment to high professional standards in the commercial real estate community and for the many benefits bestowed upon CRCBR members.

Brokers

Two types of memberships are available for individuals who are actively engaged in the real estate profession. Each firm must choose a category of membership and one principal or managing member. Each practicing licensee at a firm must be a member or will be designated as a non-member dues.

Upon joining and every three years, REALTOR® members are required to take a 2.5-hour REALTOR® Code of Ethics course. This may be taken in a classroom setting or online.

NAR Code of Ethics and Anti-Bias/Fair Housing Requirement Guidelines

The current cycle deadline is December 31, 2027. All brokers need to take a NAR approved Code of Ethics class, as well as Anti-Bias/Fair Housing Training upon becoming a member, and every 3 years thereafter during this cycle and submit it to their primary association.

Public Service RE:Source Institute Affiliates

Public Service

Public Service members are individuals who are interested in the real estate profession as employees of or affiliated with educational, public utility, governmental or other similar organizations but are not engaged in the real estate profession on their own account or in association with an established real estate business. Economic development and land use professionals are eligible.
