REALTOR® Member Benefits

REALTOR® MEMBERS are defined as individuals who are “Actively Participating” in real estate.  Each firm must name one principal or managing member, as its Designated REALTOR® Member.  Due to the Professional Standards and Code of Ethics requirements of membership, each licensee at a firm must be a member or will be designated as a non-member, paying state and national dues.

NAR Code of Ethics Training

Upon joining and in a biannual cycle, REALTOR® members are required to take a 2.5-hour REALTOR® Code of Ethics course. This may be taken in a classroom setting or online. Click here to find out how to satisfy this requirement.
